高职院校商贸类专业学生就业能力培养研究——基于南京城市职业学院的数据分析

Research on Employability Training of Business Major Students in Higher Vocational Colleges ——Based on the Data Analysis of Nanjing City Vocational College

正确认识高职院校商贸类专业的就业环境、就业形势,针对性地采取就业措施,对学生就业能力的提高有重要的意义。以南京城市职业学院商贸类专业学生为研究对象,从三个方面对学生的就业能力进行分析;在整理调查数据基础上,总结了目前商贸类专业学生就业能力主要存在的问题,提出三条就业提升策略,分别是:建立课程教学育人新机制、构建校企合作深度融合模式、加强就业指导工作的宽度和深度。

It is of great significance to improve students’employability by correctly understanding the employment environment and situation of business major in higher vocational colleges and taking specific measures to obtain employment.Taking the business students of Nanjing City Vocational College as the research object,analyze their employability from three aspects.On the basis of sorting out the survey data,summarize the main problems existing in the employability of business students.In view of the problems,propose three strategies for employment promotion:establishing a new mechanism for curriculum teaching,building a mode of in-depth integration of school-enterprise cooperation,strengthening the width and depth of employment guidance.
