培养中职生创新能力的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Cultivating Secondary Vocational School Students’ Innovation Ability

新时代要求年轻人应具备创新意识及创新能力,新时代中职生是国家未来不可缺少的人才力量。如何使中职生具备创新能力是中职教师应该关注的问题。教育不仅仅是学校单方面完成的事情,孩子的培养需要家庭、学校、社会三方的影响。文章从父母影响孩子形成创新能力、学生创新能力的自我养成、教师对学生的创新能力培养三方面阐述如何培养中职生的创新能力。

The new era requires young people to have innovative consciousness and ability,and secondary vocational school students in the new era are the country’s indispensable talents force in the future.How to make secondary vocational school students own innovative ability is what secondary vocational school teachers should pay attention to.Education is not only accomplished by schools,but also by families,schools and society.This paper expounds how to cultivate secondary vocational school students’innovation ability from three aspects:parents’influence on forming children’s innovation ability,students’self-cultivation of innovation ability,and teachers’cultivation of students’innovation ability.
