在创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享发展理念的引领下,中国绿色债券市场获得了政策层面的支持和市场参与者的推动,国际影响力不断提升,但与成熟市场相比,其运行机制、规则体系和产品结构仍有待进一步优化。在中国债券市场稳步发展的良好基础上,可通过完善绿色债券运行机制、推动境内外绿色债券标准融合、丰富市场参与主体等方式,探索中国绿色债券市场的国际化之路。

China’s efforts to develop a market for green bonds have benefited from the support of official policy makers and market participants. Under the guidance of innovation, coordination, as well as open and shared development concepts the market has gained traction. But compared with mature markets,the market mechanism, rules system and product structure in China still need further improvement. This article points to the need for greater internationalization of the market. That in turn requires an improved green bond market mechanism, greater integration of domestic and foreign green bond standards, and an increase in the number of market participants.
