At present,China is in the critical period of the reform of medical insurance institutions.Under this background,it has distinct characteristics of the era and long-term significance to discuss the legal construction of medical insurance fund supervision.Firstly,this paper analyzed the necessity,urgency and feasibility of the legal system construction of medical insurance fund supervision in China,and then focused on some issues that need to be paid attention to in the legal system construction of medical insurance fund supervision.
