摘要
电网侧电池储能电站和电力精准切负荷控制系统是时下科研及工程热点,紧急控制系统是二者结合点,可在进一步挖掘储能电站效益的同时,实现大电网安全稳定运行的紧急支撑。本文基于长沙电池储能电站一期示范工程调试经验,全面分析时下电网侧电池储能电站构成及运行原理,深入探讨储能电站紧急控制系统架构、策略及试验方法。
Grid-side battery energy storage stations and precise load shedding control system are the hot research and engineering topic nowadays.Emergency control system is the combination of the two,which can further tap the benefits of energy storage power stations and provide the emergency support for the safe and stable operation of large power grids.Based on the debugging experience of the first phase demonstration project of Changsha battery energy storage power station,this paper comprehensively analyzes the composition and operation principle of the current grid-side battery energy storage station,and deeply discusses the structure,strategy and test method of the emergency control system of the energy storage power station.
