摘要 目前通常采用光伏退出运行的方法缓解高渗透率光伏发电接入造成的配电网电压越限风险,但这将严重影响光伏电源的经济性。本文提出一种弃光率优化的配电网电压控制方法,以配电网节点电压综合偏差及光伏电源经济损失最小为目标,考虑节点电压和光伏出力等约束条件,建立弃光率优化模型,采用带非线性惯性权重及异步变化学习因子的改进粒子群算法进行模型求解,分析了不同目标权重对优化结果的影响。通过仿真算例验证了本文方法的正确性和有效性。 Photovoltaic power discarding is usually adopted by the operation staff of distribution network to alleviate the risk of voltage limit violation caused by the integration of high-penetration of photovoltaic,but this method may injure the interests of the PV owners.This paper proposes a voltage control method for distribution network based on PV power discarding rate optimization.The built PV power discarding rate optimization model,which takes the targets of comprehensive voltage deviation minimization and PV economic loss minimization,and considers the constraints of node voltage limit and photovoltaic power limit,is solved by the improved PSO algorithm with nonlinear inertia weight and asynchronous changing learning factor.The influence of the object function weights on the optimization results is analyzed.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by simulation examples.
