摘要
环氧树脂预制构件拼接胶材料一般用于预制构件拼接过程中拼接缝的粘结与密封,其主要功能为密封防水以及应力传递。重点考察了拼接胶体系中填料用量对其可粘接时间、最大涂抹厚度等一系列施工性能、力学性能及老化性能的影响。结果发现,随着填料用量的增加,材料最大可涂抹厚度增加,压缩弹性模量逐步增加,触变指数略有增加,而拉伸强度、断裂伸长率逐步下降;粘结强度、钢-钢拉伸抗剪切性能、湿热老化性能受体系中填料含量的影响较小。
The epoxy splicing adhesive of prefabricated component is generally used for bonding and sealing of the splicing joint in the splicing process of the prefabricated component,and its main function is sealing,waterproofing and stress transmission.This article investigates the influence of amount of filler in the splicing adhesive system on bonding time,maximum thickness and other construction properties,mechanical properties and aging properties.The results show that with the increasing of the amount of filler,the maximum thickness of the material increases,the compressive elastic modulus increases gradually,the thixotropic index increases slightly,and the tensile strength and elongation at break decrease gradually.Otherwise,the bonding strength,steel-steel tensile shear resistance and damp heat aging performance are less affected by the filler content in the system.
