一种单组分酮肟型硅酮密封胶的高温封端工艺 被引量:1

High-temperature End-capping Process of One-component Ketone-type Silicone Sealant

摘要 107胶与填料的混合物经高温脱水后,在温度120℃、-0.85 MPa下加入交联剂进行封端,经冷凝器降温至50℃以下,再加入偶联剂和催化剂。以此工艺生产酮肟型硅酮密封胶,相比传统的低温封端工艺可显著降低交联剂用量,减轻渗油现象,提高胶浆稳定性,降低酮肟型硅酮密封胶使用时的VOC。本工艺适用于封闭式的自动化连续生产线。 The preparation process of ketone-type silicone sealant is as follows:the mixture of 107 glue and filler is dehydrated at high temperature,the cross-linking agent is added at 120℃and-0.85 MPa to end cap,then the temperature is lowered to below 50℃by the condenser,at last coupling agent and catalyst are added.The ketone-type silicone sealant produced by this process can significantly reduce the amount of cross-linking agent and oil leakage phenomenon,improve the stability of the glue and reduce VOC release during use compared with the conventional low-temperature end-capped ketone-type silicone sealant.This process is suitable for closed automated continuous production lines.
