登革热病毒非结构蛋白快速检测在登革热防控中的应用

摘要 目的通过登革热病毒非结构蛋白(nonstructral,NS)快速检测在福州市登革热疫情控制中的应用,评价NS1快速检测的优势,为赢得公共卫生反应时间控制疫情发生发展提供支持。方法对报告的福州市登革热发病资料进行描述流行病学分析,媒介调查采用布雷图指数法,实验室NS1、IgM抗体和IgG抗体检测均应用ELISA法。结果2016年福州市蚊幼虫布雷图指数为4.74~26.07,2017年布雷图指数为10.88~24.28,2018年布雷图指数为8.89~19.60;2018年福州市本地登革热病例发病到报告时间间隔短于2016年(P<0.01),但2017年福州市本地登革热病例发病到报告时间间隔长于2016年(P<0.01)。结论登革热抗原NS1快速检测相对于常规的监测模式具有提早发现病例,有助于登革热疫情的控制。 Objective Through the rapid detection of dengue virus nonstructural protein(NS)in the control of dengue fever epidemic in Fuzhou city,the advantages of NS1rapid detection were evaluated,so as to provide support for winning public health response time to control the outbreak and development of dengue fever.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the reported dengue incidence data in Fuzhou city.The median investigation was conducted using the method of Breteau index.The ELISA was used for the detection of NS1,IgM antibody and IgG antibody in the laboratory.Results In 2016,the Breteau index of mosquito larvae in Fuzhou was 4.74-26.07.In 2017,the Breteau index was 10.88-24.28.In 2018,the Breteau index was 8.89-19.60.The interval between the onset and the report of local dengue cases in 2018was shorter than that in 2016in Fuzhou city(P<0.01),but it in 2017was longer than that in 2016(P<0.01).Conclusion Comparing with the conventional surveillance mode,the rapid detection of dengue antigen NS1 can find out cases earlier,which is helpful for the control of dengue fever epidemic.
