3209份艾滋病抗体筛查阳性样本免疫印迹试验结果分析

Analysis on immunoblotting test results of 3 209 positive samples for HIV antibody screening

目的了解沈阳市2014~2016年3209份HIV待确证标本的免疫印迹试验(WB)检测结果,为沈阳市艾滋病防控工作提供依据。方法对沈阳市辖区内HIV筛查实验室检出的3209份阳性标本,使用蛋白印迹试验(WB)进行确证试验。结果3209份筛查阳性的标本中,确证HIV-1抗体阳性2592例,阳性率为80.77%;确证阴性343例,阴性率为10.69%;确证不确定274例,不确定率为8.54%。筛查阳性标本主要来源于疾病预防控制中心、医疗机构、采供血机构和妇幼保健机构,其中60.98%的标本来源于医疗机构,32.85%的标本来源于疾病预防控制中心;疾病预防控制中心送检的标本确证阳性率最高(92.31%)。结论在医疗机构就诊或接受术前检测已成为沈阳市发现HIV感染的重要途径之一;针对WB试验中不确定的标本需做好随访复查工作或联合核酸检测等方法进行结果判断。

Objective To understand the detection results of immunoblotting test(WB)on 3209HIV undetermined samples in Shenyang city during 2014-2016,so as to provide the evidence for HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Shenyang.Methods The confirmation test was carried out on 3209HIV undetermined samples detected by the HIV screening laboratory in Shenyang city by using Western Blot tests(WB).Results Among all the 3209screening positive samples,there were 2592samples confirmed HIV-1antibody positive,with the positive rate of 80.77%;343samples were confirmed negative,with the negative rate of 10.69%;and 274samples were confirmed uncertain,with the uncertain rate of 8.54%.The screening positive samples mainly came from CDC,medical institutions,blood centers and maternal and child care institutions,among them 60.98%of samples were collected from medical clinics,32.85%were collected from CDC.The confirmation positive rate of samples from CDC was the highest(92.31%).Conclusion Visiting doctors in medical institutions or receiving preoperative testing has become one of the important ways to discover HIV infection in Shenyang city.For uncertain samples in WB test,follow-up review or HIV nucleic acid detection should be done to confirm the results.
