白芨联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡临床效果观察

Clinical observation of the treatment of gastric ulcer with bletilla baicalensis combined with omeprazole

目的奥美拉唑是治疗胃溃疡常用药,白芨在中医临床中多用于胃溃疡治疗。本研究观察白芨联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡临床疗效,为临床治疗胃溃疡提供借鉴。方法选取2016-03-01-2018-03-01河南省医药科学研究院附属医院消化内科收治的68例胃溃疡患者作为为研究对象,按照患者年龄、性别和病程等因素选择治疗组与对照组,各34例。对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加6g白芨粉末,装入胶囊吞服。两组均治疗4周,对比两组临床疗效和幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)根除率。结果治疗组临床有效率为94.1%(32/34),高于对照组的58.82%(20/34),χ^2=11.77,P=0.001;治疗组胃镜下有效率为91.18%(31/34),高于对照组的61.76%(21/34),χ^2=8.17,P=0.004;治疗组Hp根除率为47.06%(16/34),高于治疗组的17.65%(6/34),χ^2=6.72,P=0.010。结论白芨联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡疗效确切,Hp根除率高。

OBJECTIVE Omeprazole is commonly used in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Bletilla baicalensis is mostly used in the treatment of gastric ulcer in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.This study observes the clinical efficacy of bletilla baicalensis combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer,and provides reference for clinical treatment of gastric ulcer.METHODS A total of 68 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to the department of gastroenterology,affiliated hospital of Henan academy of medical sciences from March 1,2016 to March 18,2018 were selected as the study subjects.The treatment group and the control group were selected according to the age,sex and course of the patients,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,while the treatment group was treated with6 g of bletilla baicalensis powder swallowed in capsules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and eradication rate of helicobacter pylori(Hp)were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 94.1%(32/34),higher than 58.82%(20/34)of the control group,χ^2=11.77,P=0.001.The gastroscopic effective rate of the treatment group was 91.18%(31/34),higher than 61.76%(21/34)of the control group,χ^2=8.17,P=0.004.The eradication rate of Hpin the treatment group was47.06%(16/34),higher than 17.65%(6/34)in the treatment group,χ^2=6.72,P=0.010.CONCLUSION Bletilla baicalensis combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer is effective,and the eradication rate of Hpis high.
