摘要
机械间通风支路是电力机车通风系统中重要的通风支路,HXD1、HXD2型交流传动八轴货运电力机车是重载运输的主型机车,比较两种机车机械间通风系统主要特点,针对运用中出现的问题,从过滤系统结构、微正压计算、测试数据方面进行分析,找出问题原因,提出解决措施及建议,为电力机车机械间通风系统设计提供参考。
Machine room ventilation branch is an important branch in the ventilation system of electric locomotives. HXD1 and HXD2 AC drive eight-axle freight electric locomotives are the main types of locomotive in heavy-haul transportation. Comparing the main characteristics of the ventilation systems in the two locomotives,the causes of the problems in application are found out by analyzing the filtration system structure,the micro-positive pressure calculation and the test data,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which provide references for the design of machine room ventilation systems in electric locomotives.
