卫生健康经济视域下健康乡村建设现状及发展对策

The status quo and development countermeasures of healthy rural construction under the vision of health economy

农村卫生健康问题已经成为非常严峻的社会问题。我国的乡村振兴战略对农村民生改善、人口素质提高、农村社会和谐稳定均具有十分重要的意义。乡村卫生健康供给侧结构性改革,将进一步助推我国乡村振兴战略的实施。但乡村现有健康资源的不平衡、不匹配,直接阻碍了乡村居民健康素质的提升和我国乡村振兴战略的实施。本文从卫生健康经济领域,对当前健康乡村建设中的机构布局、服务项目、产业投资、资源开发、人才培育、健康帮扶等进行了系统分析和探讨,并在此基础上提出完善健康服务体系建设、促进健康产业经济投入、规范康养产业开发利用、构筑人才引留长效机制的意见和建议,以期进一步完善我国乡村卫生健康建设,繁荣乡村卫生健康经济,为乡村振兴奠定良好基础。

Rural health problems have become very keen social problems.China’s Rural Revitalization Strategy is of great significance to the improvement of rural people’s livelihood,the improvement of population quality and the stability and harmony of rural society.The supply-side structural reform of rural health will further boost the deepening of China’s Rural Revitalization Strategy.However,the imbalance and mismatch of rural health resources directly hinder the improvement of rural residents’ health quality and the implementation of China’s Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on the healthy economy,this paper systematically analyzed and discussed several important aspects for the construction of rural health-organization layout,service projects,industrial investment,resource development,talent cultivation,health support.Then,it put forward suggestions for perfecting the construction of health service system,promoting economic investment in health industry,standardizing the development and utilization of health industry,and building a long-term mechanism for talents to improve the rural health construction,prosper rural health economy,and lay a good foundation for rural revitalization.
