重庆市区县疾控中心实验室检测资源现状调查

Investigation on laboratory testing resources in Centers for Disease Control and Prevention district and county level of Chongqing

目的调查重庆市各区县疾控中心实验室检测资源现状,为制定重庆市疾控系统实验室建设发展规划提供参考。方法采用问卷调查、软件Excel 2003和SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果平均每个区县疾控中心有实验室相关人员19.3人,占在岗人数的34.6%,本科以上学历占66.2%,中级以上职称占54.0%;人均建筑面积106.0m^2,实验室面积占32.2%;重庆市所有区县疾控中心均取得了资质认定,34家区县疾控中心通过资质认定项目参数在200项以上,但近三年37家区县疾控中心常规开展的项目参数在200项以下;全市区县疾控中心检测设备总值47 254.0万元,平均为1 212.0万元,价值在100万元以上的设备共有50台(套)。结论重庆市区县疾控中心检测人员数量较少,部分地区实验室面积未达标,常规检测项目开展少,设备利用率较低。"三项收费"取消后,需进一步加大改革力度,明确疾控职能,打造区域实验室,优化人、财、物,提高资源的利用率。

Objective To investigate the status of detection resources and provide reference for the development plan of laboratory construction of disease control system in Chongqing.Methods Questionnaire survey,Excel 2003 and SPSS 17.0 were used for statistical analysis.Results On average,each CDC had laboratory related personnel 19.3,accounting for 34.6%,the proportion of bachelor degree and above was 66.2%,intermediate and above titles accounted for 54.0%.Building area per capita was 106 m^2.Laboratory area accounted for 32.2%.The CDCs of all districts and counties in the city had obtained qualification confirmation,34 CDCs of districts and counties had passed qualification confirmation with more than 200 project parameters.However,in the past three years,37 CDCs of districts and counties had routinely carried out less than 200 project parameters.The total value of the detection equipment in the district and county centers for disease control and prevention was 472.6 million yuan.The average testing equipment was 12.12 million,there were 50 sets of equipment worth more than 1 million yuan.Conclusion There are fewer inspectors,insufficient laboratory space,fewer routine testing projects,and lower equipment utilization.It is necessary to further strengthen the reform efforts to optimize laboratory personnel,talents and materials and improve the utilization rate of resources.
