疾控机构青年职工思想政治现状分析与对策研究

Analysis and countermeasure on ideological and political status among young staff in a CDC

目的为了解疾控机构青年职工思想状况及其对党的十九大精神和疾控文化的学习情况,针对存在的问题,提出有效解决对策,以促进疾控事业发展。方法对广西壮族自治区疾控中心45岁以下青年职工开展问卷调查,分为党员组和非党员组,采用χ^2检验进行组间比较。结果党员组通篇阅读十九大报告的比例高达95.3%,高于非党员组(45.0%);认为十九大精神宣教非常到位,很有必要开展疾控文化建设的党员比例(76.0%、91.5%)均高于非党员(52.3%、77.1%);65.9%的党员认为弘扬新时期疾控文化的关键点在于立足本职、践行核心价值观,而40.4%的非党员则认为在于以人为本、促进中心和谐,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中心仍有党员需要加强自身思想政治建设,部分青年职工学习贯彻党的十九大精神不够深入,不够了解疾控文化建设的重要性,有必要提高其政治站位,不断加强政治建设,充分发挥党员的主体作用,构建和谐疾控。

Objective To understand the ideological status of young staffs in a CDC and their understanding of the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress and the construction of CDC culture,and in view of the existing problems,effective countermeasures are put forward to promote the CDC development.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on young staffs under 45 years old in the CDC,which was divided into the CPC member group and the non-CPC member group.Chi-square test was used for comparison between groups.Results The results showed that the percentage of reading the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress in the CPC member group was as high as 95.3%,which was higher than that of non-CPC member group(45.0%).The percentage of party members(76.0%,91.5%) who considered it necessary to carry out the cultural construction of disease control and prevention was higher than that of non-party members(52.3%,77.1%).65.9% of CPC members believed that the key point of promote the CDC culture in the new era was to base themselves on their duties and practice core values,while 40.4% of non-CPC members believed that people-oriented and promoting central harmony were the keys(P<0.05).Conclusion PCP members in the CDC still need to strengthen their own ideological and political construction.Some young staffs in CDC are not thorough enough to study and implement the spirit of 19 th CPC National Congress,and not enough to understand the importance of the CDC cultural construction.It is necessary to improve its political position,constantly strengthen the political construction,to fully exert the main role of CPC members and build a harmonious CDC.
