PBL健康教育模式对社区老年人健康知识与行为干预效果

Role of PBL health education model in improving health knowledge and behavior of the elderly in the community

目的社区老年人普遍存在多种慢性病,生活习惯也有待改善,因而加强健康教育非常必要。本研究探讨社区老年人接受问题导向学习(problem-based learning,PBL)健康教育的效果。方法2016-01-10-2017-01-10,选取长春市某社区200名社区老年人为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,对照组接受常规健康教育,观察组接受PBL健康教育。对比两组健康知识掌握情况、健康行为及生活质量。结果观察组健康知识得分为(20.3±1.0)分,对照组健康知识得分为(11.2±1.8)分,t=12.869,P<0.001。观察组生活质量总分为(78.2±5.8)分,对照组生活质量总分为(61.0±3.3)分,t=4.193,P=0.015。结论PBL健康教育模式对改善社区老年人健康知识与行为的作用显著,能有效提高老年人生活质量。

OBJECTIVE There are many chronic diseases among the elderly in the community,and their living habits need to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen health education.This study explores the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)health education on the elderly in community.METHODS From January 10,2016 to January10,2017,a total of 200 elderly people in a community in Changchun City were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received PBL health education.The mastery of health knowledge,health behavior and quality of life were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The score of health knowledge in the observation group was(20.3±1.0)and that in the control group was(11.2±1.8),t=12.869,P<0.001.The total score of quality of life in the observation group was(78.2±5.8).It in the control group was(61.0±3.3),t=4.193,P=0.015.CONCLUSION PBL health education model has a significant effect on improving health knowledge and behavior of the elderly in community,and can effectively improve the quality of life of the elderly.
