深圳市住宿场所布草卫生状况调查及pH值检测结果分析

Investigation on sanitary condition of cloth and analysis of pH value test results in accommodation places in Shenzhen

目的布草中微生物污染和洗涤引起的pH值超标直接影响消费者人身健康和安全。本研究分析深圳市住宿场所布草卫生状况及清洗质量状况,为住宿场所卫生监督提供依据。方法2016-2017年采用方便抽样的方法,在深圳市区选择住宿场所共144家,对其布草细菌总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌及pH值进行检测。结果毛巾和床单的金黄色葡萄球菌全部合格,细菌总数、大肠菌群仅有少量不合格,毛巾和床单细菌总数合格率分别为98.17%和99.59%,毛巾的大肠菌群合格率为99.39%;毛巾和床单pH值合格率分别为62.45%和60.26%。毛巾和床单pH值(t=3.145,P<0.01),不同星级住宿场所毛巾pH值(t=4.442,P<0.05),不同星级住宿场所床单pH值(t=4.390,P<0.001)比较,差异均有统计学意义,并且三星级以下住宿场所布草pH值水平高于三星级及以上住宿场所。结论深圳市住宿场所布草卫生状况整体上较好,但清洗质量有待提高,未来应加强对住宿场所布草清洗质量的监督管理。

OBJECTIVE The excessive pH value caused by microbial contamination and washing in cloth directly affects consumers′health and safety.This study aims to analyze the hygienic status of cloth and cleaning quality in Shenzhen accommodation,and to provide basis for hygienic supervision of accommodation.METHODS From 2016 to 2017,144 accommodation places were selected in Shenzhen by convenient sampling method.The total number of bacteria,coliform bacteria,Staphylococcus aureus and pH value of the cloth were detected.RESULTS Staphylococcus aureus in towels and sheets were all qualified,and only a few of the total bacteria and coliform bacteria were not qualified.The qualified rates of total bacteria in towels and sheets were 98.17% and 99.59%respectively,and the qualified rate of coliform bacteria in towels was 99.39%.The pass rate of towels and sheets was 62.45% and 60.26%.There was significant difference in pH value of towels and sheets(t=3.145,P<0.01).The pH value of towels in different star-rated accommodations(t=4.442,P<0.05),the pH value of sheets in different star-rated accommodations(t=4.390,P<0.001)were significantly different.And the pH value of cloth in the accommodations below three stars was higher than that of three-star and above.CONCLUSIONS The sanitary condition of cloth in Shenzhen accommodation is generally good,but the quality of cleaning needs to be improved.In the future,supervision and management of the quality of cloth cleaning in accommodation should be strengthened.
