From the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949 through 2019,China has gone through a glorious course of 70 years.This paper attempts to sort out the development track of English Program education in these 70 years,explore the achievements and experiences,clarify the values and concepts throughout,find the core value and key points that are basically unchanged,discover the problems and challenges,and predict the future development trend.
