摘要
知情并重是现代教育的重要表现,对于护理专业的学生来说,要想胜任未来的工作岗位,在拥有扎实的知识理论基础与实践能力的同时,必须拥有优秀的情感能力,才能承担起“救死扶伤”的重要使命。因此在护理专业教育中对学生情域能力进行干预就显得十分必要。该研究结合笔者所在院校的实践经验,分析了护理专业学生情域能力连续性干预模式的构建,并就其应用效果开展讨论,力求为相关教育工作者提供可供参考的普适性路径。
Paying equal attention to emotion and knowledge is an important manifestation of modern education.For nursing students,in order to be competent for future jobs,they must have solid knowledge,theoretical basis and practical ability,at the same time,they must have excellent emotional ability,in order to assume the important mission of"saving the dead and rescuing the wounded".Therefore,it is necessary to intervene in students'emotional competence in nursing education.Based on the practical experience of the author's college,this paper analyzed the construction of continuity intervention model of nursing students'emotional competence,and discussed its application effect,in order to provide a universal path for relevant educators.
