Under the cooperation of school and enterprise,continuing education can train professionals and is beneficial to the social and economic development of the country.This paper takes the exploration and practice of the continuing education talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation as the research object,analyzes the training mode and the present situation of the continuing education,probes into the talent training mode,and hopes to provide help for the development of the education cause.
