终身教育视角下成人高等教育校企合作存在的问题与模式创新探析

Analysis on the Existing Problems and Mode Innovation of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Adult Higher Education from the Perspective of Lifelong Education

校企合作是现阶段成人高等教育人才培育模式的必然趋势,与普通高等教育机构人才培育目标不同,成人高等教育人才培育模式需要依据岗位、职业发展模式,培育岗位所需的应用型、复合型人才,进而彰显成人高等教育特色化人才培育模式。终身教育视角下,成人高等教育实现校企合作育人模式,增强学生职业素养,进而提升学生就业率。对此,该研究着重分析终身教育视角下成人高等教育校企合作存在的问题,论述终身教育视角下成人高等教育校企合作的实现路径,提出终身教育视角下成人高等教育校企合作的实现策略。

School-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable trend of talent cultivation mode in adult higher education at present,different from the goal of talent cultivation in general higher education institutions,the talent cultivation mode of adult higher education needs to cultivate applied and compound talents according to the post and career development mode,so as to highlight the characteristics of adult higher education talent cultivation model.From the perspective of life-long education,adult higher education realizes the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people,enhances students'professional accomplishment,and then improves students'employment rate.In this regard,this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation of adult higher education from the perspective of lifelong education,discusses the path to realize the school-enterprise cooperation of adult higher education from the perspective of lifelong education,and puts forward the strategies to realize the school-enterprise cooperation of adult higher education from the perspective of lifelong education.
