Analysis of College Students’ Employment Psychology and Countermeasures Based on the Basic Principles of Marxism

随着教育事业蓬勃发展,作为教育大国的中国在大学生就业方面也面临着严峻的形势。而马克思主义基本原理作为无产阶级解放事业的指路明灯,以建设共产主义理想社会为最终追求,对大学生就业有着其极高的正确性和指导意义。同时,就业问题不仅是一个现实问题,也是一个社会问题。在新的就业形势下,灵活运用马克思主义基本原理,探析大学生就业心理,找到缓解就业形势的对策就刻不容缓了。

With the vigorous development of education,China,as a major educational country,is also facing a severe situation in the employment of college students.The basic principles of Marxism,as the guiding light of the cause of proletariat liberation,take the construction of communist ideal society as the ultimate pursuit,have its extremely high correctness and guiding significance to the employment of college students.At the same time,employment is not only a practical problem,but also a social problem.In the new employment situation,it is urgent to use the basic principles of Marxism,explore the employment psychology of college students,and find the countermeasures to alleviate the employment situation.
