供给侧理念下衡阳地区高职大学生创业教育改革策略研究

Research on Hengyang Area Vocational College Students Entrepreneurship Education Exploration under the Supply-side Concept

大众创新、万众创新背景下,高职积极转变教学思想,在供给侧理念下结合该地区实际情况不断完善大学生创业教育体系,丰富大学生创业教育内容,取得了非常好的实践教学效果。但是从整体来看,高职大学生创业教育还处于探索阶段,更多是从学校角度出发,设置创业教育内容和课程体系,忽视了社会与企业的需求,导致大学生创业教育水平不高,无法有效提升学生的创业能力。因此,该文以衡阳地区高职大学生创业教育为例,分析当前衡阳高职院校大学生创业教育存在的问题,结合具体原因提出供给侧理念下衡阳高职院校创业教育改革策略。

Under the background of mass innovation and mass innovation,higher vocational colleges have been actively changing their teaching ideas.Under the supply-side concept and in combination with the actual situation of the region,they have been constantly improving the entrepreneurship education system for college students,enriching the content of entrepreneurship education for college students and achieving very good practical teaching results.However,from the overall perspective,entrepreneurship education for higher vocational college students is still in the exploration stage,and more from the perspective of schools,entrepreneurship education content and curriculum system are set,ignoring the needs of society and enterprises,resulting in low level of entrepreneurship education for college students,unable to effectively improve students'entrepreneurial ability.Therefore,this paper takes the entrepreneurship education of higher vocational college students in Hengyang as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the current entrepreneurship education of higher vocational college students in Hengyang,and puts forward the reform strategy of entrepreneurship education in Hengyang higher vocational colleges under the supply-side concept according to the specific reasons.
