Practice and Exploration of the Cultivation Mode of Creative Innovation and Entrepreneur Talents in "School-Enterprise Dual Attributes"——A Case Study of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Textile and Garment Plus J&J Brand (Art design) Enterprise Training

“校企双重属性”人才培养模式是依托“企业实训营”在校内实现学生与企业的零距离接轨,让学生们在真实企业环境中得到实训。该文以常州纺织服装职业技术学院与企业合作建设的艺术设计“企业实训营”为例,介绍基地的基本功能、运作模式以及运作保障措等方面的探索。

The"School-enterprise dual attributes"talent training mode is based on the“Enterprise training camp”to achieve the zero distance between students and enterprises,so that students can get training in the real enterprise environment.This article takes the“Enterprise training camp”jointly constructed by the Changzhou vocational institute of textile and garment and the enterprise as an example to introduce the exploration of the training camp in terms of of basic functions,operation modes and operation guarantee measures.
