摘要
直接面向大学生立项的各级别创新创业计划项目(大创计划),能够增强学生的创新能力和在创新基础上的创业能力;大学生科技竞赛是推进教学改革的重要手段,也是培养学生双创能力和综合素质、实现学生个性化培养的重要途径。两者的结合与相辅相成问题尚无完善的模式可供借鉴。提出一种基于学科竞赛为导向的“大创计划”双闭环管理模式。首先给出整体的系统开发与师生参与的双闭环整体方案;其次提出多层高维创新创业训练和竞赛体制培养模式,以充分利用项目成员专业学科的交叉融合特征;最后以冰山角色理论探讨了队员的性格特征。该模式在合肥工大计算机学院的突出实践成果,表明了所提模式的积极效果与借鉴意义。
Each level of innovation and entrepreneurship projects directly for undergraduates(IEPDU)enhance the ability of students'creative and entrepreneurial based on innovation.Undergraduates'science and technology competition is an important means to promote teaching reform,and it is also an essential way to cultivate the ability of students'innovation and entrepreneurship and comprehensive quality and realize individualized training of students.There is no perfect model for the combination of this problems.This paper proposes a dual closed-loop management mode of IEPDU based on the discipline competition.First,the overall system development and the dual closed-loop overall scheme involving teachers and students are given.Secondly,it proposes multi-layer high-dimensional innovation and entrepreneurship cultivating and competition system training mode to make full use of the cross-integration characteristics of project members'professional disciplines.Finally,the character characteristics of the players are discussed in the iceberg role theory.The outstanding practical results of this model at the Computer School of Hefei University of Technology show the positive effects and reference significance of the proposed model.
