基于提升研究生培养质量的学位论文答辩过程管理创新——以西南石油大学为例

Innovation of Thesis Reply Process Management based on Improving the Quality of Postgraduate Training——Taking Southwest Petroleum University as an Example

“双一流”战略实施后,我国高等教育呈现新的历史格局。这一战略要求在保证本科教育正常的基础上,加大力度发展研究生教育。学位论文是研究生培养的最后一个环节,是主要的质量观测载体。学位论文质量与人才培养方案、研究生导师的培养计划的设计、全方位的过程管理等密不可分。抓学位论文质量,必须强化学位论文过程管理,防微杜渐,将发现质量漏洞的危险前移。该文针对学位论文答辩过程控制,讨论了西南石油大学论文答辩过程管理的九个环节,并从研究生、导师、学校三方面讨论了加强学位论文过程控制,以提升研究生的培养质量。

After the implementation of the"double first-class"strategy,the higher education in China presents a new historical pattern.This strategy requires more efforts should be made to develop postgraduate education based on the normal undergraduate education.Dissertation,the last link of postgraduate training,is the main quality observation.The quality of dissertation is closely related to personnel training plan,the design of training plan for graduate tutors,and all-round process management.Hence,we must strengthen the process management of dissertation,prevent the gradual decline of dissertation,and move forward the danger of finding quality loopholes in order to grasp the quality of dissertation.In view of the process control of dissertation reply,nine links of the process management of dissertation reply in Southwest Petroleum University were discussed,and the suggestions were given to strengthen the process control of dissertation reply from three aspects:graduate students,tutors and schools in order to improve the quality of graduate students'training.
