摘要
以5 MW的SPAR型基础浮式风力机为研究对象,提出一种考虑涡激运动的风力机系缆疲劳评估计算方法。应用ADINA软件,对不同流速下的圆柱二维绕流、涡激运动进行数值模拟,分析不同流速情况下风力机涡激运动的轨迹、升力阻力系数和涡激效应引起的系缆张力变化。基于FAST软件,根据南海海域风/浪的长期分布表分析风/浪联合作用下的系缆张力变化。基于雨流计数法、S-N曲线、Miner线性累积损伤理论分析SPAR风力机在风载荷、浪载荷、涡激载荷作用下的系缆张力和疲劳寿命。结果表明,对于浮式风力机而言,考虑涡激效应的系缆疲劳寿命更贴近实际情况。
In this paper,a 5 MW SPAR type floating wind turbine is studied,and a calculation method of fatigue assessment of wind turbine mooring system considering vortex induced motion is presented. Using ADINA software, the flow around of two-dimensional cylindrical and vortex induced motion under different velocity are simulated. The vortex trajectory of wind machine in different velocity and the change of cable tension caused by the lift drag coefficient and vortex effect are analyzed. Based on the FAST software,according to the long-term distribution of wind and wave in the South China Sea,the tension variation of mooring line under the combined action of wind and waves is analyzed. Based on the rain flow counting method,the S-N curve and the Miner linear cumulative damage theory,the tension and fatigue life of the spar wind turbine under the condition of the action of wind load,wave load and vortex excitation are analyzed.The results show that the fatigue life of the mooring line is more close to the actual condition of the floating wind turbine.
