摘要
采用酸性染料对锦纶织物进行干法转移印花,探讨了改性糊料中增稠剂种类和用量、高取代羟丙基纤维素(H-HPC)用量、酸剂用量及种类、吸湿剂等其他助剂用量对印花织物表观得色和染料固色率、渗透率的影响。结果表明,采用含有3%H-HPC、4.5%罗望子胶粉、4%酒石酸铵、5%尿素、2%双氰胺、1%纳米SiO2改性糊料制备的转移印花纸,转印后锦纶织物的表观得色和固色率最高,耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均达到4级以上。
Dry-heat transfer printing of nylon fabric is carried out with acid dyes.The influences of the type and content of thickeners,the concentration of high-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose(H-HPC),the type and concentration of acid,the concentration of moisture absorbent and other additives in the modified substrate on the K/S value and fixation yield of the nylon fabric are discussed.The results show that the K/S value and fixation yield of the transfer printed nylon fabric are high when the printing paste contains 3% H-HPC,4.5%tamarind powder,4% ammonium tartrate,5% urea,2% dicyandiamide and 1%nano silica,the washing and rubbing fastness of the printed nylon fabrics can reach Grade 4.
