摘要
使用医疗服务供应链理论对医改模式进行机理分析和绩效评价,可以帮助我们厘清医改模式的内在运行机制、判别其运行效果,为下一步医改提供决策支持.论文以医改安徽模式作为典型样本,指出安徽模式作为一种复合型改革,从服务供应链管理策略的角度来看,就是针对医疗服务供应链不同节点主体间的关系和作用,采用多种供应链管理策略共同作用的结果,并运用倍差法对管理绩效进行了实证分析,验证了其在改进医疗服务和降低医生道德风险方面的显著性.
To analysis and measure the mechanism and the performance of medical reform mode can help us clarify the internal operation system,detect its operation effect,providing decision supporting for next medical reform.Taking Anhui model as typical sample of new medical reform,the paper points out that as a multi-component mode reform,Anhui model is the consequence of multifactorial coaction using several management strategies against relationships between supply chain nodes from the point of service supply chain,related empirical analysis of management effectiveness having been obtained by difference in difference model and statistical significance having been validated on improving service and reducing doctors’ moral hazard risk.
