CeO2对玄武岩纤维耐高温性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of CeO2 on High Temperature Properties of Basalt Fiber

摘要 在玄武岩矿石中加入不同含量(质量分数)的CeO2,进行熔融、拉丝,得到含有CeO2的玄武岩纤维。采用测试其高温处理前后拉伸强度保留率作为耐高温性能的研究手段,同时采用红外光谱仪、高温粘度仪、视频接触角仪等手段研究CeO2对玄武岩玻璃体结构、高温粘度、析晶等性能的影响。研究结果表明,在一定范围内,随着CeO2加入量增加,Ce^4+被还原为Ce^3+,促进玄武岩纤维中Fe^2+转化为Fe^3+,使玄武岩玻璃体网络增强,玻璃转变温度增加,玄武岩纤维耐高温性能提高。 In this paper,the different content of CeO2 is added to the basalt,the basalt fiber was obtained by melting and drawing.The tensile strength retention rate of basalt fiber before and after high temperature treatment was studied,at the same time,the CeO2 content effects on the infrared spectra,high temperature viscosity and crystallization of basalt glass were studied by means of infrared spectroscopy,high temperature viscosity and video contact angle meter.The results show that Fe^2+changed to Fe^3+with the addition of CeO2 increased in basaslt fiber,the concentration of Fe^3+was increased gradually,which enhanced vitreous network and increased the transition temperature of the vitreous.The high temperature resistance of basalt fiber can be improved.
