ICP-OES测定粉煤灰中有价稀土元素铈和钕的含量 被引量:1

Determination of Valuable Rare Earth Elements Cerium and Neodymium in Fly Ash by Inductively Coupled Plasma-optical Emission Spectrometry

摘要 为准确测定粉煤灰中伴生铈(Ce)、钕(Nd)元素含量,本文采用氢氟酸-高氯酸-盐酸三元体系消解溶样,通过ICP-OES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪)进行分析检测。通过研究粉煤灰样品溶样方法、优化分析测试谱线以及去除干扰等方法,无需进行样品基体匹配,即可实现粉煤灰伴生有价稀土元素Ce、Nd含量的测定。分析结果表明,该方法测定粉煤灰中稀土元素Ce、Nd含量的检出限分别为1.4μg/g、0.9μg/g,两个粉煤灰样Ce、Nd元素测试的精密度RSD值分别为0.02%~1.34%,0.11%~0.87%,加标回收率分别为96.2%~108.5%,93.2%~105.7%。研究表明,采用ICP-OES分析法测定粉煤灰中伴生有价稀土元素Ce、Nd,具有基体效应小、分析准确度高、操作快速简单、测试效率高的优点。 In order to determine Ce and Nd elements accurately in fly ash,the fly ash samples were dissolved by hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid-hydrochloric acid ternary system.The inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)was adopted to determine the Ce and Nd elements.The Ce and Nd elements could be determined accurately without matrix matching by optimizing decomposition method,analytical line and spectral and eliminating interference.The results showed that the detection limits of Ce and Nd elements in fly ash were 1.4μg/g,0.9μg/g,the precision values(RSD)of detection of Ce and Nd in two fly ash samples were 0.02%~1.34%and 0.11%~0.87%respectively.The recovery rates of Ce and Nd elements in two coal samples were 96.2%~108.5%,93.2%~105.7%,respectively.It shows that the method of ICP-OES used to determine the associated Ce and Nd elements in fly ash has small matrix effect,high accuracy,quick and simple operation and high testing efficiency.
