粗集料棱角性数字图像分析技术研究进展调查评价

摘要 粗集料棱角性现有评价方法存在较大争议,数字图像分析技术为解决该问题提供了新的途径。较为全面地梳理总结了近年来国内外相关研究成果,包括数字图像分析技术路线、数字图像获取识别方法、粗集料棱角性评价方法,各类方法对棱角性的评价效果等。结果表明:各类数字图像分析技术主要区别在于所采用的粗集料棱角性评价方法。侵蚀膨胀法、傅利叶级数法过于复杂,普及应用较为困难;等效球体法未经过验证,可行性还不明确;颗粒周长法和分形几何法在粗集料粒径较小时评价效果较好;凸包面积差法与AIMS测试结果相关性最好;骨架端点法中需加强骨架端点与粗集料棱角性的对应关系;等效椭圆法中考虑面积权的做法较为合理。 The existing evaluation methods of coarse aggregate angularity were controversial,while digital image analysis technology provided a new way to solve the problem.This paper summarized the relevant research achievements at home and abroad in recent years comprehensively,including digital image analysis technical route,digital image acquisition and recognition method,coarse aggregate angularity evaluation method,and angularity evaluation effect of various methods.The results showed that there was little difference among different evaluation systems in image acquisition equipment,illumination system and image processing software.The conventional erosion expansion method and Fourier series method were too complex to be widely used.The particle circumference method and fractal geometry method were simple to calculate,but the relationship between individual particle and aggregate as a whole was not considered.The equivalent ellipse method was more practical in considering area weight,and the test results had a good correlation with AASHTO TP56.Because of the lack of widely recognized angularity test methods,it was difficult to compare and evaluate various image analysis techniques.
