摘要
选择3种不同的增韧剂,研究其种类及用量变化对桥梁加固用结构胶拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:增韧剂种类不同对固化物形貌的影响较大,但其用量变化对形貌没有影响。增韧剂的种类不同,其用量变化对固化物拉伸强度的影响较大。增韧剂用量变化对固化物拉伸模量与伸长率的影响是一致的,不受增韧剂种类的影响。拉伸模量随增韧剂用量的增加逐渐降低,伸长率随增韧剂用量的增加逐渐增加,二者的变化趋势是完全相反的。
In this paper,three kinds of flexibilizers were selected to study the influence of their types and contents on the tensile property of structural adhesive used for bridge reinforcement.The results indicated that the type of flexibilizer had great influence on the morphology of cured products,while the content of flexibilzer had no influence on morphology.For different types of flexibilizers,the change of their content had great influence on the tensile strength of cured products.The tensile modulus and elongation of cured products were affected by the change of flexibilizer content consistently rather than the type of flexibilizer.The tensile modulus gradually decreased with the increase of flexibilizer content,whereas the elongation gradually increased with the increase of flexibilizer content.It had completely opposite variation trend between the two.
