摘要
为确保钢桥面铺装层具有良好的抗水损害能力,通过拉拔试验对钢桥面防水黏结层进行研究,分析钢板表面粗糙度、底漆层厚、防水黏结层厚度、施工温度、环境湿度等因素对防水黏结层黏结强度的影响。结果表明,粗糙的钢桥面板有利于防水黏结层的黏结强度,钢板上涂抹底漆不但具有防水功效而且能增强黏结强度,底漆不宜过厚,60μm即可。防水黏结层厚度宜控制在2.5 mm左右,为获得较好的黏结强度,施工时要确保环境温度在25℃~40℃之间,环境相对湿度不超过60%。
To ensure good water damage resistance of steel bridge deck pavement layer,this paper studied the waterproof bonding layer of steel bridge deck by pull-out test,and analyzed the influence of roughness of steel plate surface,thickness of primer coat and waterproof bonding layer,construction temperature and environmental humidity on the bonding strength of waterproof bonding layer.The results showed that the rough steel plate was beneficial to the bonding strength of waterproof bonding layer.Applying primer coat with proper thickness of 60μm to steel plate could not only have water-proof function,but also enhance bonding strength.The thickness of waterproof bonding layer should be controlled at around 2.5 mm.The environmental temperature should be guaranteed between 25℃ and 40℃ during construction with ambient relative humidity not exceeding 60%.
