微课结合TBL教学法在耳鼻喉科医生培训中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过微课结合TBL教学法的应用培训基层耳鼻喉科医生。方法课前对典型病历的“预习”使培训医生能积极参与TBL教学课上的讨论,对疾病有清晰明确的认识,在后期治疗(手术)过程中参与手术并由带教老师录制手术视频,剪辑后上传至培训医生微信群进行群内讨论帮助培训医生彻底掌握疾病的诊治流程及方法。学习结束后培训医生撰写出组小结评价学习效果。结果培训医生通过微课与TBL相结合的教学模式建立了耳鼻喉科疾病诊治的临床思维,培养了语言表达及沟通、协助能力,基本掌握了耳鼻喉科常见病的诊治方法。结论微课结合TBL教学法可满足基层医院医生的培训要求。 Objective To train primary otolaryngologists through the application of micro-class combined with TBL teaching.Method Pre-class"preview"of typical medical records enables trained doctors to actively participate in the discussion of TBL teaching course,have a clear understanding of diseases,participate in surgery in the course of posttreatment(surgery)and record by teachers.Operative videos are edited and uploaded to the training doctor's Wechat group for group discussion to help the training doctor thoroughly grasp the diagnosis and treatment process and methods of the disease.After the study,the doctors were trained to write a group summary to evaluate the learning effect.Result The training doctor established the clinical thinking of diagnosis and treatment of otorhinolaryngology diseases through the teaching mode of combining micro-lesson with TBL,trained the ability of language expression,communication and assistance,and basically mastered the diagnosis and treatment methods of common diseases in otorhinolaryngology.Conclusion The combination of micro-course and TBL teaching method can meet the training requirements of doctors in grass-roots hospitals.
