基于高能实践理论的师范生教学能力培养机制建构

The Construction of the Training Mechanism for the Teaching Ability of Normal Students Based on the Theory of High-leverage Practice

摘要 师范生教学能力培养机制的建构对完善师范生培养具有重要意义。当前,应用型高校建设、教师教育既有的矛盾以及教师能力的不断提升促使师范生教学能力的培养从传统的实践走向高能实践。由此需构建以高能实践理论为基础的师范生教学能力培养机制,构建的路径宜从组织体系建设、培养内容、质量保障等方面综合考量。 The construction of the teaching ability training mechanism of normal school students is of great significance to the improvement of normal student training.At present,the construction of applied universities,the existing contradictions in teacher education and the continuous improvement of teachers'abilities have promoted the cultivation of teachers'students'teaching ability from traditional practice to high-energy practice.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a teaching ability training mechanism for normal students based on the theory of high-energy practice,and the construction path should be considered comprehensively from the aspects of organizational system construction,training content and quality assurance.
