校企合作视域下高职院校“双师型”队伍建设的现状与对策探析 被引量:5

摘要 高职“双师型”队伍建设是高职院校通过校企合作培养应用型人才的关键因素之一。当前高职院校“双师型”队伍的建设取得了较大成就但也存在着不少问题,需要高职院校从深化校企合作,创新选聘制度,完善培训机制等方面做好“双师型”教师队伍的建设工作。 The construction of"double-qualified"teachers team in higher vocational colleges is one of the key factors for higher vocational colleges to cultivate applied talents through school-enterprise cooperation.At present,the construction of the"double-qualified"teachers team in higher vocational colleges has made great achievements,but there are also many problems.It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to do a good job in deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,innovating the selection and employment system,and improving the training mechanism to better the construction of a double-qualified"teachers team.
