幼儿“隔代亲”教育的弊端及解决对策探究

随着社会的进步与发展,城市居民的生活节奏越来越快,幼儿父母的工作压力增大、社交活动较多,能够陪同幼儿的时间却越来越少,众多原因导致年轻父母将幼儿委托祖辈照管,从而形成祖辈对幼儿“隔代亲”教育。该文浅析幼儿“隔代亲”教育的弊端,探讨隔代教育的正确方式。

With the progress and development of society,the pace of life of urban residents are faster and faster,the working pressure of children's parents are increasing,social activities are more and more,and the time to accompany children are less and less.Many reasons lead young parents to entrust their children to their grandparents'care,thus forming the grandparents'education of children's"intergenerational parents".This paper analyses the drawbacks of children's"intergenerational parent"education,and explores the correct way of intergenerational education.
