高校志愿服务现状及对策研究——以西南科技大学为例

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of College Voluntary Service——Take Southwest University of Science and Technology as an Example

志愿服务对当代大学生社会责任意识的培养具有举足轻重的作用,而新时期高校志愿服务正面临着志愿者专业能力不足、部分制度不健全、志愿者激励措施较少、部分志愿服务活动内容单一、志愿活动品牌化建设弱、创新动力不足等问题。改变当前志愿服务局面需要突出高校党委在高校志愿服务工作中的引领作用、加强学校与社会联动,拓展志愿服务广度与深度、培育高校志愿服务发展新领域、新模式、丰富活动形式,系统化课程培训。建立积分制志愿管理平台是扭转志愿服务局面、是西南科技大学志愿服务管理的创新改革的重要举措。

Volunteer service plays an important role in the cultivation of contemporary college students'social responsibility consciousness.In the new era,university volunteer service is facing the problems of insufficient professional ability of volunteers,imperfect part of the system,fewer incentives for volunteers,single content of some volunteer service activities,weak brand building of volunteer activities,and insufficient motivation for innovation.To change the current situation of volunteer service,it is necessary to highlight the leading role of the Party committee in university volunteer service,strengthen the linkage between school and society,expand the breadth and depth of volunteer service,cultivate new fields and new modes of volunteer service development in colleges and universities,enrich the forms of activities,and systematize curriculum training.Establishing a volunteer management platform based on integral system is an important measure to reverse the situation of volunteer service and to innovate the management of volunteer service in Southwest University of Science and Technology.
