基于新儒商理念的财经院校大学生创业精神的培育

Cultivation Strategy of Innovative Entrepreneurship Spirit of Finance and Economics University Students Based on New Confucian Merchants Concept

目前中国财经院校大学生创业的成功率偏低,其中一个重要原因是创业精神的欠缺。新儒商理念与创业精神的契合,对创业具有重要的指引和驱动作用。为提高大学生创业的成功率,中国财经院校应当秉持和奉行新儒商理念,积极实施新儒商教育,构建基于新儒商理念的大学生创业精神的培育机制,营造"新儒商"文化氛围、注重学生能力培养、强化思想道德教育、搭建新儒商通识教育平台、全面提高教师素质,从而培养造就新儒商型创业人才。

At present,the success rate of innovation and entrepreneurship in Chinese financial and college students is low. One of the important reasons is the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship spirit. The new Confucian merchants concept and the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship are important guidelines and driving roles for innovation and entrepreneurship. In order to improve the success rate of college students innovation and entrepreneurship,Chinese financial and economic universities should uphold and practice the concept of new Confucian merchants,actively implement the education of new Confucian merchants,and build a mechanism to cultivate the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students based on the concept of new Confucian merchants. Create a"new Confucian merchants" cultural atmosphere,pay attention to student ability training,strengthen ideological and moral education,build a new Confucian general education platform,comprehensively improve the quality of teachers,and strengthen coordination and supervision,thus cultivating new Confucian merchants entrepreneurship talents.
