当前我国大学生就业创业工作面临复杂严峻的形势,不确定和不稳定因素在增加,因此,高校应全力做好毕业生就业创业工作,努力实现毕业生更高质量和更充分就业。美国高校拥有成熟的职业发展服务体系,了解其职业发展服务的概况,解读其职业发展服务的特征与经验,探索我国高校生涯辅导与就业服务工作体系的建设,具有重要的现实意义。

At present,the employment and entrepreneurship work of college students in China are facing a complex and severe situation,with uncertainty and instability factors increasing.Therefore,colleges and universities should make efforts to do a good job of employment and entrepreneurship of graduates,and strive to achieve higher quality and more full employment of graduates.American colleges and universities have a mature career development service system.It is of great practical significance to understand the general situation of their career development service,to interpret the characteristics and experience of their career development service,and to explore the construction of career guidance and employment service system in Chinese colleges and universities.
