大力发展新型林业经营主体是深化集体林改的重要战略举措。本文首先简述福建省新型林业经营主体的发展现状,然后深入分析福建省现阶段新型林业经营主体发展所存在突出问题,包括财务制度不完善、林业经营资金短缺、林业科技服务供给不足、产品市场销路不畅、财政补贴支持力度不足,最后提出相应的对策建议。

To develop the new type of forestry business entities is the important policy to deepen the collective forest reform.This paper describes the present situation of the development of new forestry business entities in Fujian province, then analyzes the prominent problems of present new forestry business entities in Fujian province, including imperfect financial system, the shortage of forestry fund, inadequate supply of forestry science and technology service, unsmooth product market sale, and insufficient fiscal subsidy, finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and proposals.
