摘要
目的:分析用X线平片检查诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌的准确性。方法:选取2016年5月至2018年12月期间在如皋市人民医院就诊的70例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者为研究对象。这70例患者的病情均经病理检查被确诊。对这70例患者均进行乳腺X线平片检查和超声检查,对比用乳腺X线平片检查和超声检查诊断不同直径乳腺肿块的准确率、误诊率和漏诊率,观察对这70例患者进行超声检查的影像学表现和进行X线平片检查的影像学征象。结果:与用B超检查诊断不同直径乳腺肿块的准确率、误诊率及漏诊率相比,用X线平片检查诊断这70例患者不同直径乳腺肿块的准确率较高、误诊率和漏诊率均较低,P<0.05。对这70例患者进行B超检查的结果显示,其病灶主要的超声表现为低回声和中等回声。对这70例患者进行X线平片检查的结果显示,其病灶主要的直接征象为乳腺内出现结节或肿块,其病灶主要的间接征象或继发征象为乳腺的结构扭曲。结论:用X线平片检查诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌的准确率较高,可清楚地显示肿块的病理特点。
Objective:To analyze the accuracy of X-ray in the diagnosis of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast. Methods: 70 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast admitted to rugao people’s hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were selected as subjects. All 70 patients were confirmed by pathological examination. All the 70 patients were examined by mammography and ultrasound. The accuracy, misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates of mammography and ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast masses of different diameters were compared, and the imaging manifestations of ultrasound examination and X-ray examination were observed. Results: compared with the accuracy rate, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of different diameter breast masses diagnosed by b-ultrasound examination, the accuracy rate, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of 70 patients with different diameter breast masses diagnosed by X-ray plain film examination were higher, and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were lower, P < 0.05. Ultrasound examination of 70 patients showed that the lesions were mainly hypoechoic and moderately echogenic. X-ray examination of these 70 patients showed that the main direct sign of the lesion was nodules or masses in the breast, and the main indirect sign or secondary sign of the lesion was structural distortion of the breast. Conclusion: it is more accurate to diagnose infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast by X-ray.
