Protection and inheritance of minority medical cultures in China: A status quo analysis of policies

文章按时间顺序梳理了国家和民族地方出台的少数民族医药文化保护与传承政策,深入分析了政策发展现状,从保护和传承少数民族医药文化的角度,重点分析了少数民族医药文化政策措施缺乏、实施不到位、政策虚化、实施有难度等问题。并从废止不适应时代发展的相关政策、修改完善相关法律政策、加强对少数民族医药文化发展的制度建设等方面提出对策建议。

This paper sorts out the policies for protection and inheritance of minority medical cultures issued by the central and minority autonomous regional governments, and analyzes the status quo of policy development. The problems, including lack of policies for minority medical cultures, insufficient implementation, policy falsification and difficulty in implementation, were analyzed from the perspective of protection and inheritance. Suggestions are then put forward which include annulment of policies unsuitable for the development of times, revision and improvement of relevant laws and policies, and reinforcement of the system construction of minority medical cultures.
