摘要
目的 分析陕西省乡村医生队伍现状及存在的问题,并提出相关对策建议。方法 通过分层抽样的方法,从陕北、关中、陕南三个地区抽取3个样本县/市,采用自拟调查问卷对基层卫生人员进行面对面问卷调查,并采用描述性统计方法以及卡方检验对数据进行分析。结果 在被调查的927名基层人员中,男性占比70.87%,女性占比29.13%,中位年龄为46岁,从医年限以10~20年为主(43.91%)。学历以中专水平为主(78.86%),有911人(98.27%)获得相应执业证书,但主要为乡村医生证书(77.02%),无进修经历者占比高达79.60%,年平均收入在2~3万元。结论 陕西省乡村医生队伍整体结构已有所改观,但在执业水平、业务素质、收入水平等方面仍需进一步得到提高,应从政策、财力以及网络培训等方面采取相应措施。
Objective To analyze the status quo and existing problems of rural doctors in Shaanxi Province,and to propose relevant countermeasures.Methods Three sample counties/cities were selected from the three regions of Northern Shaanxi,Guanzhong and Southern Shaanxi by stratified sampling.Face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted using self-designed questionnaires,and descriptive and chisquare test statistics were used for data analysis.Results Among the 927 respondents,the male composition ratio was 70.87%,while female 29.13%,and the median age was 46 years old.The average medical age was 10~20 years(43.91%).The level of education was mainly secondary school level(78.86%),and 911 of the respondents(98.27%)had corresponding practice certificates,but chiefly certificates for rural doctors(77.02%),and the proportion of people without further study experience was as high as 79.60%.Their annually average income was between 20,000 and 30,000 yuan.Conclusions The overall setup of rural doctors in Shaanxi Province has improved.However,it still needs to be further improved in terms of practice level,professional competence and income,and measures should be taken from the perspectives of policies,financial support and online training.
