Multi-disciplinary treatment model in general hospitals: Practice and reflection

近年来,综合性医院通过对复杂疑难疾病患者实施多学科诊疗,向患者提供综合、全面、以病人为中心的诊疗方案及高质量的医疗服务,患者获得最佳治疗效果的同时也有效地减少了医疗资源的浪费。文章以安徽省内某综合性教学医院为例,总结了多学科综合诊疗模式的实践与成效,认为多学科协作模式对疑难病综合诊疗有促进作用。

In recent years general hospitals provide a synthetic, comprehensive, patient-centered treatment program and high-quality medical services for patients with complex diseases based on multi-disciplinary treatment. It is an effective way to reduce medical resource wasting and to help patients obtain better treatment. This paper summarizes the practice and achievements of multi-disciplinary treatment with a comprehensive teaching hospital of Anhui Province as an example and considers that the multi-disciplinary treatment plays a positive role in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases.
