优势视角下社会工作介入农村精准扶贫的模式探究

Research on the Model of Social Work Intervention in Precision Poverty Alleviation in Rural Areas from the Perspective of Advantage

当前,我国进入脱贫攻坚的关键阶段。新时期精准扶贫战略下农村贫困地区如何实现脱真贫、真脱贫成为社会各界关注的焦点。优势视角作为社会工作专业的重要理论视角,主要着眼于服务对象自身的优势力量,强调挖掘服务对象自身的资源,从而达到解决问题的目的。社会工作介入精准扶贫,建构“社工+”扶贫模式,通过对扶贫对象进行精准评估,制定合理有效的扶贫方案;借助专业方法进行教育与产业扶贫,提升服务对象自身的能力建设;通过链接各方资源,为贫困地区建立完备的网络支持系统,从而促进贫困地区的发展以及脱贫攻坚任务的顺利完成。

At present,our country has entered a key stage of poverty alleviation.In the new era,under the precise poverty alleviation strategy,how to achieve poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in rural poverty-stricken areas has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.As an important theoretical perspective of social work specialty,the perspective of superiority focuses more on the superior strength of the service object itself,emphasizing on tapping the resources of the service object itself,so as to achieve the purpose of solving the problem.Social work intervenes in precise poverty alleviation and constructs a“social worker plus”poverty alleviation model,which can make a reasonable and effective poverty alleviation plan through precise evaluation of the poverty alleviation objects,help the poverty alleviation through education and industry by means of professional methods,and enhance the capacity-building of the service objects themselves,and build poverty-stricken areas by linking resources from all sides.Establish a complete network support system,so as to promote the development of poverty-stricken areas and the smooth completion of the task of poverty alleviation.
