以学科竞赛为基础的双创人才培养与教学体系研究——以机械类专业为例

Research on the Training and Teaching System of Double Creative Talents Based on Discipline Competition

随着全社会创新创业的不断深入,双创人才的培养日益重要,然而现有专业人才培养体系对创新创业的缺失依然存在。因此,探索新的双创人才培养体系是应用型本科院校发展创新创业教育的关键。该文从当前机械类双创人才培养的问题出发,分析学科竞赛对机械类人才培养体系的优势,提出以学科竞赛为切入点,从奖励机制、课程改革、竞赛组织等方面提出一系列的双创人才教学改革建议。

With the deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship in the whole society,the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents is becoming more and more important.However,the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship in the existing training system of mechanical professionals still exists.Therefore,exploring a new training system is the key to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in applied undergraduate colleges.Starting from the current problems in the mechanical field,this paper analyses the advantages of discipline competition on the training system of mechanical talents,and a series of suggestions on teaching reform of double creative talents are put forward from the aspects of reward mechanism,curriculum reform and the competition organization.
