摘要
针对目前普通高校研究生培养模式相对单一、导师学科领域相对较窄等现象,该文在国家提倡的多学科领域交叉融通理念引导下,以三峡大学材料与化工学院为例,结合学院学术团队制度建设的基础,讨论了在“双一流”大学建设背景下依托学院建制团队为导师组,利用团队导师组多学科科研背景在研究生实际培养过程中的优势,共同提高研究生创新能力的培养成效。
In view of the phenomenon that the training mode of postgraduate students in ordinary universities is relatively single and the field of tutor discipline is relatively narrow,this paper,guided by the concept of cross-disciplinary integration advocated by the state,takes the College of Materials and Chemical Engineering of Three Gorges University as an example,and combines the foundation of the academic team system construction of the college,discusses that under the background of the construction of"double first-class"universities,the tutorial group should be based on the institute's organizational team,takes advantages of the multi-disciplinary research background of the team tutor group in the actual training process of postgraduates,and jointly improves the training effect of graduate students'innovative ability.
