高校商贸专业“双创”人才培育的有效路径探究

Research on the Effective Cultivation Path of "Double Innovative" Talents in College Business Major

在高校人才培育过程中,如何实现商贸专业同创新创业教育的有效结合,为社会输送优秀的“双创型”商贸人才是高校亟须思考的课题。该文对高校商贸专业“双创”人才培养的现状进行了探析,对其中存在的问题进行了思考与剖析,并提出了相关人才培育的新路径新方法,以期为促进培育具有“双创”精神与能力的商贸专业人才,提升大学生“创新创业”能力发展带来一定启发借鉴作用。

In the process of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,how to realize the effective combination of business major and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and to deliver excellent"double innovative"business talents for the society is an urgent task for colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the status quo of"double innovative"talent training in colleges and universities,thinks and analyzes the existing problems,and proposes a new path and method for the cultivation of relevant talents,in order to promote the cultivation of business professionals with the spirit and ability of"double innovation",to bring some enlightenment for promoting the development of college students'"innovation and entrepreneurship"ability.
